Pulau Kapas Accommodation

Kapas Turtle Valley  (KTV) is located at Pulau Kapas. This small resort is run by a friendly South African Family, Nicholas and Nadia.. Staffs are friendly and helpful too.  Facing the South China Sea, KTV has its own private beach is its located at the edge of Pulau Kapas.  It has a small restaurant with great foods prepared by the host themselves.  KTV rooms are mostly chalet and wooden based. Most room comes with mosquito net.  As KTV is located at the edge of the Island, you can still cross to other parts of the island by cross a ridge.

 

Kapas Beach Chalet

There are only 6 bungalows and 2 family rooms. These are wooden style chalet facing the South China Sea.

Facilities

Guest can enjoy KTV facilities for free. There are Kayak , Snorkels available for guest.  Scuba diving is possible with advance booking. While you can also hike up to a few trails in Kapas Island. Be sure to bring your shoes as the trail gets a little rocky. There is also a little lobby area where guest can play board games and stuffs.

Restaurant

KTV has a wooden deck restaurant facing the sea with incredible sea view.  The room comes with free breakfast at the time of writing. You can order lunch , while dinner has to be ordered in advance.  Food changes daily so you don’t get bored. KTV serves one of the best foods in Kapas Island.

 

Getting there   ( How to get to Pulau Kapas from Kuala Lumpur?) 

As of all Kapas Island Resort, you can only get to KTV with Marang Jetty with is located at the South of Kuala Terengganu.  You will have to take Suria link boat from Marang Jetty and unload at Kapas Turtle Valley. The jorney takes around 15 minutes by speed boat. There are no jetty at KTV, so prepare that you may get wet when the sea is rough.
